The biggest innovation in the spreads category
– an aerated margarine with an innovative, new
texture. LÄTTA & luftig is fluffy, airy-light and
melts on your tongue. The conspicuous packaging
design turns this into the center of attention.
A handwritten descriptor "& luftig", silver for the
innovative character. An asymmetric, eye-catching
structure – side-by-side with the translucent
wave-lid – symbolize the air inside and interprete
the LÄTTA design-elements in a modern, timely
way. The heat seal imitates the inimitable texture
of LÄTTA & luftig and ads even more freshness and
premiumness.
There is a big buzz around the product & the pack
design, facebook prelaunch testers had amazingly
indulging comments and trade feedbacks are
sensational.

Within the 2011 design relaunch, the overall
appearance of the Meßmer brand with its
fascinating tea creations was cheered up with
a more emotional and modern identity.
The orchestration of fresh ingredients combined
with a fresh, hot cup of tea communicate the
highest enjoyment, which is supported by individual
benefit-visuals for the Meßmer specialities.
One of the challenges was to arrange more than
50 tea variants with their different characters in
the relevant product categories via the design
– to enable the consumers to find their preferred
variants easily – and to create a brand block for
Meßmer at the same time.
